Investor: Vingroup Group
Location: Vu Yen Island, Hai Phong City
Scale: Approximately 870 hectares – including an ecological urban area, a 36-hole golf course, recreational facilities, and high-end commercial and service buildings.
Significance: A strategic flagship project for Hai Phong City, envisioned as a “modern ecological island city”, harmoniously combining living spaces, sports, and premium resort facilities, contributing to elevating the urban landscape of the Northern coastal region.
With extensive experience and expertise in infrastructure construction and land development, Long An Co., Ltd (LOACO) is honored to participate in several key components of the Vu Yen Project, including:
Supplying sand for infrastructure and land development works: Ensuring that materials meet technical standards, supporting synchronized construction and timely progress.
Supplying, transporting, and pumping sand for land leveling at Vu Yen Golf Course: Utilizing modern equipment and safe construction procedures to meet the investor’s high requirements for quality and schedule.
Construction of technical infrastructure: Including internal roads, drainage systems, power and water supply networks, and other technical works, contributing to the formation of a complete and modern urban and golf course landscape.
