Investor: Vinhomes Joint Stock Company

Location: Hai Hoa Ward, Mong Cai City, Quang Ninh Province

Scale: 116 hectares. Residential land area: 573,045 m² (accounting for 48%)

Significance: A modern border-gate urban area directly connected to Bac Luan II Bridge and the International Trade Center, oriented to become the “center of trade, tourism, and premium services in the Northeast region.”

Construction of land leveling, curbstone installation, and sidewalk paving for the New York subzone

Within the framework of the Bac Luan – Mong Cai Project, Long An Co., Ltd (LOACO) is responsible for several key components, including:

1. Site leveling for the entire area:

  • Large-scale earthwork volume, ensuring both progress and strict technical standards.

  • Application of advanced construction technologies with rigorous control of compaction, elevation, and drainage systems.

2. Construction of internal roads in subzones:

  • New York, Paris, and Tokyo subzones – modern internal road systems meeting new urban infrastructure standards.

  • Works include water supply and drainage systems, street lighting, curbstone installation, sidewalk paving, and landscaping.

3. Construction of the central roundabout and internal parks:

  • Integrated landscape works designed in harmony with the overall architectural plan.

  • Ensuring aesthetics, safety, and sustainability.
